DELIVERY
Once your shipping label is created, and your package is shipped we are not responsible for any damaged, or missing packages. All disparities must be filed with USPS through their claims portal located on their web site.
We hold no liability, or obligation to refunds, exchanges, or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging within 3 days of your expected delivery date. ALL claims must be filed within the given perimeter. ALL claims filed after are taken into consideration, investigated and handled at the discretion of a customer service representative.
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts. We are not liable, or obligated to refunds, exchanges, or replacements within 3 days of your expected delivery date. Within the time of expected delivery date, to 3 days we offer a full investigation pushed to USPS and a product replacement with postage paid by buyer. We do not cover, or refund any shipping cost. SUMMER MONTH SHIPPING
As the temperatures continue to rise in most of the country, BodySkyn will move into "Summer Shipping" mode. What does this mean and why is it necessary?
While many companies may discontinue shipping of products such a Body Butters during the hot months, Bodyskyn will continue offering it. It is one of our most popular items and we would have some very unhappy customers if they couldn't get it through the summer.
All summer orders containing these products are recommended to be shipped USPS Priority Mail so as to get it to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We will ship orders based upon time of arrival so that your package is not kept in a hot USPS Warehouse.
Because all of Bodyskyn products are natural there are affected by hot climate. And we like to keep our promise of no harsh chemicals or preservatives. It is more important to us that the products have the highest level of vitamin loaded ingredients. We can't control what happens once USPS drops it off to you. Mailboxes can get hot in the summer, as can packages left out on a porch, in the sun, on a hot day.
We ask that you keep an eye on tracking so you can grab your package as soon as it arrives or that you request it be shipped to your work if no one will be home to take it out of the heat.
MELTED PRODUCTS
If your product does melt or get soft, in spite of the efforts we have made to prevent it, please don't worry! A melted product is not a bad product. Put it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different, and not have the same whipped consistency but it will still be the same body butter.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope you are always satisfied with your BodySkyn products, we realize there may be times were you need to return a product.
All return claims must be made within 5 days of expected delivery date for a full refund of the product cost only. We do not cover any postage cost, including return postage.
Because this is a beauty product, merchandise must be in it’s original, unopened, and unused condition to be qualified for a full refund of the product cost.
